Well day 1 didn’t go exactly as I had planned, maybe because I have a pretty vague plan. But I did successfully avoid eating any sweets and as a result I did lose 1 pound, better than gaining. So I better come up with a more specific plan. Makes me think of what they say in Weight Watchers … “If you fail to plan you plan to fail” Lesson learned.
Why I love being a Lemon Dropper
I became a Lemon Dropper on December 26, 2014. I was introduced to Young Living Essential Oils earlier in August 2014 but wasn’t quite sure what to do with them, until I asked a fellow Lemon Dropper, whom I work with, how I could become part of her team, best decision ever. In the 3 months since joining the Lemon Droppers my love for essential oils has grown and grown. I finally found what I have spent years looking for … a healthy and holistic way to make positive changes in my life; and, a group of wonderful women to share my experiences with and learn from theirs. I found the place where I Belong.

3 1/2 days and counting
I am so ready for vacation. I think my whole family is. We already have suitcases out and almost packed. I got my “have to take” oils packed, swimsuit, sunscreen and sandals. Don’t know what else I need. 🙂
No Hot Flashes, Naturally
It’s been 10 days since I stopped taking my hormone replacement therapy and replaced it with the Progessence essential oil. I’m happy to report no hot flashes, no night sweats, no side effects at all. I am so happy to be able to stop taking the premarin.
Now, it goes without saying, but I will. Don’t stop taking any medication because I said it works for me. Please check with your doctor first.
24 More Days Until Vacation
Vacation is getting closer and closer and me and the family are getting more and more excited. I was talking to Mom yesterday and Dan and I were a year older than my boys when we took our big family vacation to Disneyland. We had such a great time. I swear it was just like the movie “Vacation:. We drove from Cheyenne to LA with Grandma Hawkins in the back seat between us. Looking back it was hilarious,

28 Days to sun & sand
In 28 days the Cole family will be in Galveston Texas hopefully soaking up some Sun and playing in the sand. I can’t wait to see Marcus is face when he sees the ocean for the first time. It is so inspiring and reminder at how big the world is.
Hot Flashes Be Gone!
My Progessence Plus oil came today. I am so excited to start using this oil and hopefully stop using my premrin. Last time I stopped the premrin I had hot flashes like nobody’s business. I’m really hopeful Progessence Plus will help.
29 Days Until the Cole Family vacation

29 more days and the Cole Family will be on their first vacation since 2005 (I think). We are all so excited. So what does that mean for me? I have 29 days to shut up that swimsuit that is sitting in the corner mocking me.
Even I can do anything for 29 days. Starting today I’m going to follow Weight Watchers and use my YLEO (Young Living Essential Oil) weight loss protocol. That swimsuit is going to regret the day it decided to make me look like Free Willy, that’s a story for another time.
